Identify a specific region NOT considered First World as well as a specific issue relating to the lives of women in that region
- Identify a specific region NOT considered First World (not the U.S., Canada, Western Europe, Australia) as well as a specific issue/topic relating to the lives of women in that region. (Do not use American Indian women.).
- Create a presentation of 11-15 slides (not including the title) that highlights your topic, and adheres to the following:
a. Utilize at least 10 different sources (of at least 250 words in length) for your research.
b. Presentation text is written in your own words.
c. You may include found imagery, but you must cite your sources in the bibliography.
Remember PowerPoint is a visual medium. Color, layout, graphics, consistency, and clarity are considered part of the presentation. While some text is necessary, avoid having too many slides filled with lots of text. Break up long blocks of text onto additional slides. Think about how the presentation would look if it was on a big screen in a classroom. Can you easily see it? Does it tell a story?
Submit your presentation along with a properly formatted bibliography, citing the sources you used for your research as well as any images used.
