• Using the theories and concepts covered in HRTM 7716, analyze the service component of the YVR Vancouver Airport. 

• Complete a critical analysis of the airport’s service. You may use company reports, news articles, social media, or whatever else you can find. Include the following components:

a. What types of services does the airport offer?

b. What are the best parts of service done by the airport?

c. What are the worst parts of service done by the airport?

d. Relate parts (a), (b), and (c) to at least two of the theories covered in HRTM 7716. What suggestions/ideas do you have to improve the service quality of the YVR Airport? Remember that your suggestions/ideas MUST be a NEW suggestion/idea. Pair what you learned about the theory to the suggestions you have come up with.

• You cannot create an idea/suggestion about something the airport is already doing. It is up to you to be familiar enough with the airport to know what they are or are not doing right now. 

• For theories covered in the Peppers & Rogers book (i.e. CRM, IDIC, Lifetime Value), references can come from the textbook. All other material used must be properly cited.

The paper should be double spaced and should be roughly 11 pages, not including the reference and/or cover page(s).
