This week we will create two documents for organizaitonal consultants:
- Response to a client’s Request for Proposal (RFP), and a
- Proposal for Consulting Services (PCS).
When creating the response to a client (just make up the client name), the client is requesting you respond to their need for “team building training consulting services”.
The second document a Proposal for Consulting Services (PCS); imagine you are either an internal or external consultant and write a proposal to a client (make up a client name) and in the proposal, you will propose they use your consultancy to provide their employees with team-building skills training.
