   a. Must use at least one (1) academic, peer-reviewed journal, one (1) legal source, and one (1) data source.
3. Follow Memo format and all formatting techniques discussed in class.
4. Use Memo Template posted on class website.
5. Use single-spaced paragraphs with one line in between paragraphs and 12-point Times New Roman.
6. Use headings, sub-headings, bullet points, and/or numbering.
7. Can include one (1) small chart. Please explain how the chart supports your recommendation in the text.
8. Use APA Citation for in-text citations and References section which should be on page 3 of the memo.
