Your company has recently created a task force consisting of one employee from all major corporate departments and five key staff members in the IS Department. The company’s COO has asked the task force to create a 5-year plan for developing and improving the company’s Microsoft applications, products and services. You are Vice Chair of the task force.
You, the Chair of the task force and the VP of Information Systems have met and have agreed that 5 IS-staff members should attend a number of important Microsoft conferences this year and present the key findings from those conferences to the task force. The proposed presentation should give the members of the task force a summary of what can be done currently with Microsoft products and applications and what is projected for the future.
