What are the main similarities and differences between the various creation stories? Read the material listed on the SAP page for the week’s lesson. Each SAP is based on a set of primary sources in the “Global Themes and Sources” at the end of a textbook chapter.
Your post must be at least three complete paragraphs (an introduction and at least two body paragraphs). Your first paragraph should provide your answer to the SAP question. Though you may mention the primary sources in your introduction, the first paragraph should not be just a discussion of a single source. This first paragraph should answer the question and tell your reader what you’ll be discussing in your other paragraphs.
Your post must include parenthetical citations with the source number (not page number) for each primary source (1.1, 2.3, etc.) and page number for information from the main part of the chapter. If you don’t use source numbers for sources, you will not receive full credit.
This is practice for the essay that you will write at the end of the module, so you must take time to organize your thoughts and support your points with specific evidence from the sources and from the textbook chapter.
Do not just summarize the sources. You must answer the question and then use the sources to support your answer. Make connections between the sources.
