1. In your own words define the term, “governance in the KM context.”

2. The article states there are three governance mechanisms (I. Governance Structure, II. Governance Process and III Relational aspects). Each mechanism has several aspects; each aspect has numerous elements. In either Excel or Word create a table that shows the three governance mechanisms, the aspect of each and the elements for each aspect. For example, the first row would contain, the governance mechanism, Governance Structure; the aspect would be Distribution of KM authority and the element would be centralized. (Note: you can use the American spelling if you wish). The resulting table should contain 35 rows.

3. What were the conclusions concerning the relationship between an organization’s KM governance configuration and its KM approach (P3)? See page 7 for an explanation of the Knowledge management approaches
