As a healthcare administrator, you are required to report any ethical and legal incidents to your Board of Directors and other stakeholders. Develop a communication plan which includes a presentation to the stakeholders and also a written plan. The Board expects transparency, as do the other stakeholders, including the public. What ethical guidelines would you expect to be followed in this communication plan? What particular types of incidents could remain in-house rather than reporting them publicly? Present the details of the guidelines you would use in making your decision on which ones to disclose with the impact Public Relations on the incidents reported.

This is a two part project. You must write a 10-12 page written communication plan and also submit a presentation to present your plan to the Board of Directors. Your paper should be well formatted in APA style. Be sure to proofread your work. You should include a minimum of 8 outside references.
