A. Examine the situated nature of knowledge.
B. Explore managerial challenges associated with organisational KM practices and work design. Use at least one organisational example to reveal intimacy between work design and KM.
Your exhibition/presentation should also consider the influence (or lack of it) of KM practices on work design processes in contemporary organisations.
Assignment 1 will assess your ability to:
- identify and investigate knowledge management realities and challenges in practice;
- provide analytic insights on the knowledge management realties you study in practice
- use theoretical and management knowledge to comment on the practice of knowledge
management; - Reflect on your group’s management of knowledge in organizations in terms of human resources and social capital.
