Your final project should be the compilation of all of your work throughout this semester as outlined in your weekly assignment. You are now putting together all the pieces to represent a comprehensive piece of work that is compelling and exciting to read.
Now that you have all of your information you will need to fill in the details of your Executive Summary to be a succinct and compelling synopsis of the proposed project. Add a final summary and appendices, as necessary, to support your plan. Remember that when presenting work to busy executives for support you will need to harness their attention with an exciting opening that entices them to read your proposal.
The final Capstone Project demonstrates organizational leadership and management. The capstone project demonstrates mastery of program objectives. The project is research-based, relevant to current practice, and focused on a making a strategic change in the healthcare environment. It should be an area of interest for the student that will integrate coursework in functional areas of health care involving the basic direction and goals of an organization including the social, political, technological, economic, and global environment.

1. Executive Summary. (Written last):

2. Description of the Project.
This should include a brief but thorough description of the proposed project or venture. This might include a description of the product or services, the size of the business, the key personnel, and a description of the key executives or founders.
3. Situation and Industry Analysis.
Within this section present a description of the project and how it fits in the overall industry. This should include brief market segmentation, an analysis of the competitive situation, S.W.O.T. analysis, industry forecasts and future outlook and trend analyses.
4. Marketing Plan.
This should include a succinct and comprehensive look at pricing, distribution channels and practices, promotion, product forecasts (as appropriate), and marketing controls.
5. Operating/Production Plan.
Include detailed information on capacity, equipment, and processes unique to the project and anything that might be considered as a competitive advantage within the respective field.
6. Organizational Plan.
This section of the plan describes the venture’s ownership, form of ownership, the authority of the respective principals, the management team background, and the roles and responsibilities of each of the key management team members. A Table of Organization is included in this section.
7. Human Resources Plan.
This component of the plan addresses the strategic human resources practices and procedures that will be used in the execution of the Plan. This section should also examine methods of employee and executive evaluation and assessment and rewards and recognition programs.
8. Financial Plan.
The following financial analyses, covering a five-year period are included in this section:
a. Cost Analysis (Cost/Benefit or Cost-Effectiveness if appropriate) OR 
b. Pro-Forma Income Statement. 
c. Cash Flow Projections. 
d. Pro-Forma Balance Sheet including Key Operating Ratios. 
e. Break-Even Analysis. 
f. Sources and Applications of Funds. 
g. Calculations of Return on Investment, Equity, Assets and Capital. 
h. Assessment of Risk.

This section looks at the vulnerabilities of the business and the company, and the impact of new or changing technologies, and includes contingency plans to address key areas of potential concern.
9. Appendix (ces).
Include in this section research data, contracts, leases, price lists, or other information
