Individual Techn010kY System Paper
In Week 4, you will begin the first part of the project and submit an individual technology paper. This week you will write a technology paper on your own about a specific technology that is either an application or physical hardware- These first technology papers will be the building blocks for the second part Of the project for group submission in Week 8,
Important Note: Use a Discussion Forum /thread ror your group’s discussions for Part I Of the project. Vou Will Want to create discussion thread for your group to use as Ork area.
Before you select your specific technology, discuss with your group on the interoperability of your technology selections. The goal is to combine the various technologies selected by each member of group into a single system networked architecture/environment that will work and function together to accomplish a specific task for a company. Your group’s selected system network can be either a LAN, WAN, wireless or any combination. See Part 2 below for information that you Will need to consider now you plan group’ s system network solution.
2. Individually, write an APA formatted paper between 900 and 1200 words, not including the title and reference pages on your specific technology. You wi Il want to refer to the Research Paper Writing Guide which is also located in the Course Resources folder for information on APA guidelines, and reference usage. You Will be individually scored using the rubric below.
Make sure you cover the following for your selected technology paper (individual ly):
Identity which group you have been assigned to and each Of your group member s
Describe your selected technology and its uses.
Discuss the details of the technology, Define its form of network connectivity.
Research other organizations that use this technology and describe their successes and any issues they encountered.
3, Submit your individual technology paper to the Dropbox titled for this assignment by the date specified by your facilitator. You may want to share your paper with your group members now or once your facilitator has provided feedback. Your facilitator will provide you feedback based on the facilitator response time Stated in the Course overview.
