General description:

In this research, I would like to find out the elements or factors concerning why some kids thrive while others do not around positive adults. As this statement is very broad, I would like to define the word thriving as the state of being emotionally and physically well. In other words, the kid who is with positive adults continually show measurable and demonstrable positive behavior and mental states.
Conversely, by kids who do not thrive around positive adults, I refer to kids who despite being surrounded by positive adults, continually exhibit measurable and demonstrable negative behavior and destructive thought patters. I limit the age of these kids provisionally to college age individuals. Finally, I define positive adults as adults who manifest positive, non-destructive behaviors and thought patterns which is measurable by using psychological research tools.

Identify trends and patterns across the sources, as well as similarities and differences in the findings or conclusions of the sources; note inconsistencies in the studies you found. Identify study methodologies, populations included in research studies, and strengths and weaknesses of various sources. Discuss how the literature addresses your research topic and how it supports the need for a study that would answer your research question. * I listed some background information for the literature review that you can use to find the appropriate articles. However, you CAN NOT use any of the references listed the four references has to be new references the references can be articles from academic and professional journals and information from institutional, organizational, and governmental agency sources.
