For this discussion, you will visit the CDC National Environmental Public Health Tracking Network to identify vulnerable groups in your state. To do this, please follow the steps below:

1. Please select the CDC link above. Once the site opens, a CDC Query Panel will appear on the page.

2. In the Step 1: Content section, select Populations and Vulnerabilities for the content area in the first dropdown. For the next two dropdowns, you may select any indicator and measure that you would like to view.

3. In the Step 2: Geography Type section, select the state option that populates the state listing in the Step 3: Geography section, rather than showing All You may have to select different options for the last two dropdowns in Step 1.

4. In the Step 3: Geography section, select your state.

5. In the Step 4: Time section, select the most recent year (or group of years) shown.

6. You may select options in Step 5: Advanced Options if you prefer, but this is not required.

7. Click the green Go button to obtain your results.

8. You can then navigate your results to explore more detail.
