Complete the interview preparation questions in part A. Then, complete the interview questions in part B. Base your answers on if you were interviewing for the same job or application your resume was based around.
Part A: Interview Preparation (answer based on skills, qualifications, etc. for same company/job you applied for on resume assignment. Answer questions by typing in a word document. It can be in outline format or a paper format.

- Identify top qualifications/skills desired by company or graduate/professional school (3-5)
- 3 Stories that you would consider telling that highlight your skills and qualifications (Ex. If I identified customer service in #3 as being a top skill that they desire, I would give a story that highlights my customer service experience). These are real life examples!
- Identify 5 questions to ask the employer in the interview.
Part B: Interview Questions. Answer these interview questions based on what your real-life answers would be in an actual interview. Give examples, use numbers, etc. where applicable. Answer the questions fully, but remember in an interview you are not going to talk for more than a minute or two to answer a questions. Therefore, I would say be thorough but not too lengthy.

- What are your strengths?
- What are your weaknesses?
- Why do you want to work for this company? OR Why do you want to attend this graduate/professional school?
- What made you choose your major and what are your career goals?
- What do you consider to be your greatest accomplishment.
- Do you consider yourself to be a leader or a follower? Why?
- Describe a situation in which you handled a conflict/difficult situation.
- Describe a time when you worked on a team that had difficulties.
