Why you are applying to SUNY Empire State College
What you hope to study and how it relates to your personal and professional goals
What strengths experience (educational, employment, community and personal background) you have that will make you a successful student at Empire State College.
Any additional information needed please let me know. I’ve completed an associates degree at Westchester Community College in Liberal Arts and Social Science. I’m also a certified Patient Care Technician and I’ve done voluntary work at Hudson Valley Internal Medicine and Geriatrics where I performed vital signs and do blood work on patients.
