Analyze how the strategic goals fit with the organization stated mission vision and values

1) analyze how the strategic goals fit with the organization’s stated mission, vision, and values;

2) conduct a brief environmental scan (use PESTEL, RBV/VRIO or SWOT), explain specifically why the method you choose is the best fit for the ecosystem that the organization is situated in and describe your findings concerning the  major issues in the organization ecosystem (cite your sources when you research information to analyze);

3) given the organization’s stated goals and the ecosystem issues you discovered, give a specific recommendation for an integrated strategy based on Porter’s Generic Strategies; and, finally, complete a Values Proposition Canvas (see Slide 32 in the module presentation).  It doesn’t have to be written on the canvas template, but address all of the sections shown.
