Utilizing the guidelines for recording critical incidents as described in Benner (p. 300), write an exemplar from a personal experience in your nursing practice.
An exemplar is a story about a clinical experience in which you were personally involved. It is, in essence, an example of a nursing life experience that served as a guide for you in your nursing practice.

Students must use at least two references, appropriately citing a minimum of one quote of greater than forty words, and one paraphrase within the body of the paper.
